Coming soon to London, our events are for individuals feeling isolated, disconnected or overwhelmed, as well as those who are not ready for formal support but still need a sense of community. Partner with us
We are actively seeking collaborations with organisations and individuals who share our vision. If you are a mental health organisation, housing & homelessness service, employment support provider, or manage community spaces, we invite you to partner with us to expand our reach and impact. Volunteers and supporters are also welcome to contribute their skills and passion.

Community & social wellbeing events
Find your "safe joy" in our community and social wellbeing events. From laughter and games nights to creative socials, shared meals, music, and cultural meetups, these gatherings offer a relaxed atmosphere for connection. They are "come as you are" hangouts for anyone needing a sense of belonging.

Trauma-informed healing workshops
Participate in structured support through our trauma-informed healing workshops. These sessions focus on understanding anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation, healing after toxic relationships or loss, and building self-worth and confidence. They provide safe, non-judgmental, and grounded discussions.

Creative expression sessions
Explore healing through doing with our creative expression sessions. Engage in art, journaling, poetry, or storytelling workshops, photography walks, or music and expression sessions for emotional release. These activities offer a unique way to process emotions and connect with your inner self.

Life skills and rebuilding workshops
Gain essential skills and rebuild confidence with our practical workshops. Topics include CV building and job readiness, budgeting and financial basics, housing rights, practical independence skills, and digital literacy. These sessions are designed to empower you for a brighter future.
